imported groceries in Dongying

Im staying in Dongying for almost one Month , and wanted to know where can i buy imported groceries ( cereal , peanut butter , cheese ..etc) i went to a supermarket last night and couldn't find anything.  

also are there any good western restaurants other than KFC, Pizza Hut and Mcdonelds ? 

i will be coming again to that city end of january 2015 and will stay up to Feb 2016 . where can i find nice/new furnished apartmenets
