how to transfer from terminal 1 ( international) to terminal 2 ( domestic)at chongqing airport

I arrive on 27/12 at 08.15 from Helsinki with AY0055 and I need resrve a plane to Zhengzhou...to make a choice of time ...... I need know the time it take and how far it is......do I need go out or all inside same airport ?
