About:Chinese Embassy in Ukraine

My visa expired three months ago, what should I do?

Hello, I am Ukrainian , it expired three months ago, I m still in China, i didn't have money in October to go back to Ukraine, what should I do now, for now if I am going to Ukraine should I pay a fee? how much? where should I go? after that would I have problems with getting a new Chinese permit?

Anna, the first and the most important thing is to go to the local Exit-Entry Adminstration Bureau to tell your situation. Since you already overstay in China for three months, at least, you need to pay the fine for around 10,000RMB. Then they may issue you a ordinary exit permit to leave China in certain time.
