About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

Why check-in counters in I⇔I transit zone at PEK are always closed in the evening/night ??

What time are they usually close?
I have stopover for 5 hours b/w international flights and I don't want to go to the city but want to get to departure area at once (term. is the same--#3).
Check in counters in arriving⇔transite zone are always closed so I can't chek in for my next flight!! Very inconvenient!

Oh, this sounds so unreasonable!! The check in counters should be open until the arrival of the last flight. You’re suggested to call the hotline 86-010-96158 to solve the problem.

I HAD SAME PROBLEM. i HAD TO GO THROUGH THE IMMIGRATION AND RENTER. iT IS NOT TRAMSFER. IT IS EXIT AND REENTER. THE AIRPORT SHOULD IMPROVE THE SERVIE. kEN FROM PRINCETON,NJ, USA
