About:Badaling Great Wall

I had heard that the section of wall near Badaling is acessible for wheelchairs - is that true?

are there any elevators to take a wheelchair to the top of the wall?

Lynda, there is an access for those who take wheelchairs outside of the East Gate of the wall. If you take no.919 bus to reach Badaling, you can easily find the entrance. However, I am afraid that you can't take wheelchair to reach the top of the wall. I have been there two times and don't see any equipment for wheelchair to reach the top of the wall. If you really plan to reach the top, you may consider taking the cable car.
