How do I apply for a visa for a visit to the UK ?

I am a South African citizen with a permanent residency permit for China.

Lizette, UK visas are processed by VFS. Global in China. I can't find its contact information. But would you mind tell me which city you are located in? I can give you address and you may visit them and ask for details.
