then i have married with my chinese girlfriend and so on i applied for q2 type which is now im holding on.but my q2 is just valid for 3 months with 0 entery from the exit entry office of jinan.now i want to apply for a residence permit so can i get? if so please tell me how can i get and i have not exit to pakistan so far since i am here.

I'm afraid you cannot get it by now. Perhaps you can apply for a Q1 type outside China mainland (maybe in HK or an Asian country) and then try to change it to a residence card after entering China.
