About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

Visa application for shantou and hong kong

I going to travel to Shantou for three days, and hong kong for three more days thereafter.

You are Passport holder?
If so, China mainland is entry-free for Singaporean passport holders for 15 days and Hong Kong 90 days, so you don't need to apply for anything.

Currently holding ordinary singapore passport (red colour). Do I still need it?

It is not needed. Ordinary red passport holders are able to enjoy that policy.
