You can go to a shopping market named 'Hangzhou Huanbei Clothing Wholesale Market'. Lots of stores sell many kinds of winter clothes and ladies dresses with low price and good quality. You can go and see. It's located at the inner of Huanbei Market, no.368, Baixia Road, Baixia District.

Jiangsu is a province of China and NJ is its capital city. Therefore, it is impossible to tell you the route between them. Anyway, for electronic goods, I suggest you go to Zhujiang Road, on which there are several computer cities like Buynow.
