I arrive in Kunming at 2.00 am. Can I take a shuttle bus to Teyne Hotel, No.40 Longxiang Street, Jianshe Road,Wuhua district

Oh, you must refer to Te Yun Hotel.
Accroding to your arrival time, you can take airport shuttle bus line 2 to Railway Station (Jinjiang Hotel). It will take around 50 mins on the way. After arriving, take a taxi to the hotel directly. The cab fare is CNY 15 to 20.
