can i get a thailand visa in china?

Hello! I'm studying in China for half a year, soon comming back home. I am from Belarus. Going to visit Malasia then Thailand and through Lithuania comming back to Belarus. I would love to stay in Bangkok for 5-6 days. What are my next steps?Respectfully,Mary

Mary, so you won't come back to China after you visiting Thailand? If so, you can't apply from Thai embassy in China. According to Thai embassy in PRC, the applicants must have resident permits in China and their permits must be valid until they return to China.
