About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

French passport holder travelling to Myanmar via Kunming

Hello, I will be travelling from Paris to Kunming and 15 hours later from Kunming to Yangon.. will I be eligible for the 72 hours free transit and more importantly... will I be able to go out of the airport without visa asked to the paris embassy before my trip ?

Yes, you can enjoy 72 hours free transit in Kunming. You won't be required for a visa if you plan to get out of the airport.
