Hey, you’re suggested to purchase an airport express travel pass for each of you. It provides you a single / round airport express journey(s) and 3 days of unlimited ride on MTR. The pass cost 220HKD for a single airport express and 300HKD for a round one.

Day 1: airport to the hostel: take airport express to Kowloon Station. Walk to Western Harbour Crossing Toll Plaza and take bus 970 to Bute Street, Nathan Road. After that, walk to the hostel. The bus journey cost 5.7HKD for adult, and 2.9HKD for children and senior.
To avenue of Stars: walk to Mong Kok Station and take Tsuen Wan Line to Tsim Sha Tsui. After getting off at exit L6, walk to reach.
To The Peak: Walk to Tsim Sha Tsui, take Tsuen Wan Line to Central. After getting off at exit J1, walk to Garden Road, where you can take the tram car to the Peak.
For jewelry & chocolate shop, you can go to ladies street. Also walk back to the Central and take Tsuen Wan Line to Mong Kok. Getting off from exit E2, and walk to the east.
From this place you can just walk to the north to go back to the hotel.

Day 2: to Disneyland: walk to Mong Kok Station, take Tsuen Wan Line to Lai King, transfer to Tung Chung Line to Sunny Bay. After getting off, take Disney Line to reach. You can use the same route to go back.

Day 3: to Ocean Park: take Tsuen Wan Line from Mong Kok to Central, transfer to Island Line to Tin Hau. There you can take bus 629 to the park. Just use the same way to go back to the hotel.

For eateries, it may cost around 50HKD per person for a meal.

Wish you have fun!
