Time to get lunch between flights in Beijing capital airport?

I will land in T3 from Paris at 12:40 and my connecting flight to HK leaves from T3 at 15:30. Is there enough time to get out of the checked-in area to meet a friend for lunch within T3? If so, do I still go to the transfer desk first, or do I just exit through normal immigration control but then do I need to check in again?
