About:Hong Kong Visa Application

hi i'm from Iran and i'm student in north cyprus i need to get tourist L type

i have a some question is that possible to get that permit from north cyprus without coming back to Iran or not ? because there is no embassy in north Cyprus ?
after if i need to come back Iran for application process they need my original visa or just document is enough thanks.

If you are able to go to Iran, you are suggested to go back to Iran to make the application.
Do you have previous entry permits to China? If you have, you need to take them for your new application besides the basic documents.

yes, i was in china before but the problem is i'm during the semester in university and i don't have a time to come back Iran for application process, so i don't know how could i get it from here i mean it is possible i send copy of my passport and my document to Iran for getting it or i have to be there as well ?

I am afraid not. According to the embassy, the applicant must be in Iran when the application is dealt with.
