About:Chinese Embassy in Malaysia

What if I fail to complete my permit application and return Malaysia.

Hi. I am Mel. I need to check on the below scenarios. If i have applied a Z visa on 1 December. Then once it was approved, I flew to China. However, during my stay in China. I fail to complete my residence permit due to a need to return Malaysia for an emergency reason. What is the consequences if i do so? Will i be banned from my next visit to China?

And i understand the Z type would only valid for 30 days prior to my application for a residence permit.

Please advice.

Have you leave China now?
If so, maybe there is no better method than applying a new Work Z since your original one expired now. Or you can consult the Chinese embassy in your country for consult.
If you are still in China, you are suggested to go to the local Exit-Entry Adminstration Bureau to consult. Probably, you can get a Proof to leave China and then return safely.
