About:China Visa on Arrival

Can i get the China VISA for 5 days at LoWu border to enter Shenzhen?

It is possible to have a try, but it is not assured that you can get it in the end. In order to make sure, you are suggested to apply for a normal single entry Tourist L in advance in your country.
