About:Wild Great Wall in Beijing

Badaling visit this Jan 2015.

I'm planning a trip to visit Badaling coming Jan. Do I need to buy the entrance fees and cable car ticket separately ? If I take bus 919 to Badaling , I need to buy the cable car ticket first before buy entrance fees ?
Jan winter time the bus operate as usual ?
