Requirements for S1 Visa application

Hi, I would like to ask what are the requirements for S1 application.
I would like to ask also if I need to submit a notarized/ authenticated marriage certificate for S1 application.

You need to have an invitation letter from your inviter, copy of your inviter's passport & resident permit, marriage certificate authenticated by Chinese embassy. If you are the first time to apply, bank statement with 6 months' history or BIR-stamped income tax return form or work certificate or professional ID is needed.
