About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

72 hours transit visa in Guangzhou

It starts from 00:00 next day after arrival... My flight arriving at 10:00 am - can I apply for transit 72 hours and exit from airport before 00:00, or I will not be permitted to exit before 00:00 time?

You can apply for it before 00:00. Actually, you can direct apply to leave the airport upon your arrival, but the 72 hours are counted from the 00:00 automatically. Please do not worry.
