Work visa for foreign investor in newly started hi-tech company in China

Hi there, first of all many thanks for having such a great online resource platform in place.
Myself Maho from India. I have made a small investment in recently started hi-tech start up company in China. This company is accredited and backed by local government. Now I need to join the company's office in China and would like to know do I need a work Z for this as an investor? or is there any other type?. Secondly, is there any minimum threshold for the investment to eligible for work Z in the same company where the investment is made?
kindly advise.

Many thanks in advance.

You go to China for investigating the company's situation or will plan to work in the company for some time as an investor?
If you just for investigating, you can consider to apply for a F type. If you have plan to work, a Work Z is needed.
