About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

72 Visa Transit with Residence Permit

I am holding a residence permit which is expiring on the 31.01, therefore I planed a trip to a third country (ex. south korea) from 27.01-31.01. Is it possible to arrive on the 31.01 and entry china with the 72hour free transit regulation?

I am not sure, since my residence permit is expiring on the same date.

You can apply to enjoy the 72-hour free transit in Beijin airport if you fly to another country instead of South Korea.

Remember to tell the officer at the airport that you want to enjoy the 72-hour free transit, otherwise, the officer may reject you to enter due to your resident permit.
