Hoping to visit Mt. Huashan in January. Is it possible to cable car up and down if too cold to hike?

Wanting to see the mountain but without the dangerous, slippery conditions we will encounter in January. Is it possible to cable car up and down and have a walk around? Is it worth it?

Yes, you can take the cable car to go up and down, for it is in service throughout the year. It’s very beautiful on the mountaintop.
