Good clean 3 star hotel near Luoyang night market

Will be travelling from Xian to LY during early February 2015. Will want to check in a hotel with good location near the night market and also a shopping mall if possible. Our plans is to visit the famous tourist sites and temples during daytime and do some souveniors shopping and try the local food evening time. Appreciate if anyone could provide some advice and recommend some hotels. I have looked at some hotels at booking.com but is not too sure about their locations
