prepaid mobile data card in Tianjin

I am going there on 23 December 2014, may i ask will it be easy to buy a prepaid mobile date card? if yes what shall i look out for? same time does this prepaid card can easily buy in all china?

It would be easy, remember to take your passport and deal with this in those formal offices. Just be careful that you won’t be cheated by the black card.
