am i eligible for 72 hrs visa free

hi I'm gonna be travelling to Mongolia and my flights are. Melbourne stopping over Malaysia then to Beijing for two days then from Beijing to Ulaanbaatar. Am I eligible for the 72 hours free transit. Thank you
