Police clearance certificate for Pakistani

Good day
Is it possible to get a police clearance certificate from any pakistani consulate or embassy in china?
I am presently at guangzhou china willing to apply for a short term language learning course , for further processing the documents police clearance certificate is required.So can you guide me with your assistance,and let me know from where how to get this certificate and if possible in china what are the requirements?
