police clearance certificate for pakistani

Good dayIs it possible to get a police clearance certificate from any pakistani consulate or embassy in china?I am presently at guangzhou china willing to apply for a short term language learning course , for further processing the  documents police clearance certificate is required.So can you guide me with your assistance,and let me know from where  how to get this certificate and if possible in china what are the requirements?Thanks for your valuable time.

You mean apply a visa for China within China mainland?If so, it is impossible. At least you need to go to HK to have a try. For getting the police clearance, the embassy/consulate may not help you to get it and you are still suggested to contact the embassy/consulate directly for confirming. They have the exact information.
