Going to Hong Kong for 3days can I take in tabacco if I am going to leave with what is left

If you take 19 cigarettes; or 1 cigar or 25 grams of cigars; or 25 grams of other manufactured tobacco, you are able to to take in without duty, otherwise, you need to pay the duty.
