i want to bring my baby here in china she is 2years old, what kind of papers do i need to prepare ?

In general, you can help your baby to apply for a S1 to stay with you in China. Her valid passport, an application form, a recent taken photo, your invitation letter for your baby, the baby's birth certificate, copy of your resident permit and your passport are needed for the application.
