hi im anne can i go back to philippines with an expired passport?

my passport renew last june 1 2015,my working visa expired last june 10 ang cancelled last june 23 so i need to back in phils immediately because my Z type cancelled already. can i travel go back to philippines using my expired passport and i will claim my new passport in philippines so that i will not overstay here .

It's impossible. I suggest you contact your embassy and ask if they can do something to help you.  You have been overstaying for a year. According to related rule, you should be fined CNY 10000 or detained 5 to 15 days. Then you might be deported.
