VISA need for 2 hour stop over for Indian Citizen

Hi, I am Indian citizen and have 2 hour stopover at PEK for my Washington-Beiging-delhi flight. Do I need it considering it's less than 24 hrs?

What are the implication if I miss my connecting flight and have to stay over 24 hours.

You can enjoy the 24-hour free transit considering the transfering time.

If you cannot catch your next flight, you can try to apply a temperary entry permit to enter the city at the airport. The procedure may be complex.
