how to divide my time for 1 day macau visit

Hi All, I will be visiting Macao on 14-Dec with wife and 2 small kids (from Hong Kong via Ferry). It will be a day-long trip, coming back to Hong Kong in the night. We want to have Gandola ride in Venetian, see 3 pm parade of cartoon characters in Dreamworks and visit UNESCO heritage sites like Senado square and St. Paul ruins.Please advise which thing to do first and how to do routing. What time latest we should reach Macao to cover all these 3 things?thank you in advance.

Hey, you’re suggested to see the 3 pm parade of cartoon characters in Dreamwork first, and then have Gandola ride in Venetian. After that, you can take the free shuttle from hard Rock Hotel (City of Dreams) to Hotel Sintra, which is located near Senado Square. Then you can visit those UNESCO heritages one by one. You’d better go to Macao as early as you can, thus you’ll have enough time to visit the attractions.
