You can take subway line 3 Northern Extension to Jiahewanggang, transfer to line 2 to Haizhu Square. After getting off, it’s about 1,200 yards to the hotel. You can just take a taxi or walk to reach.
The last metro (line 3) from the airport runs in 23:00.

Once you miss the metro, take shuttle bus line 5 to Haizhu Square and then take a taxi to your destination.
