About:Chinese Embassy in Russia

Person in Russia want to visit China

hello..I am a Zimbabwean living in Astrakhan in Russia and i want to go to China to visit a friend.How and where do i get the visa from???Please help its an emergency...I want to also know the cost and everything document required

You can apply in the nearby embassy/consulate locally. If you are unclear about which consulate it is, you are suggested to ask the embassy directly. The cost is different on how many entries you apply. The fee is 900RUB for single entry, 1350RUB for double entry, 1800RUB for multiple entries valid for half an year and 2700RUB for multiple entries valid for one year.

You are suggested to provide an invitation letter from your friend, your valid passport, an application form, a recent taken photo and your resident permit for living in Russia.

Thank you so much for the information but can i apply online because i am a student and i can not get days off to go to the embassy and i really do not know which embassy is the nearest..Please help me on that too

In Russia, online application is impossible. You may need to call the embassy to consult the nearest consulate. If you are really unable to go, you can try to find a local tour agency to help you apply that.
