How much time is needed for staying in Qibao Ancient Town?

Our flight departure time is 9:05pm. I wonder if we can go to Qibao on the same day, say leaving the hotel in Pudong at 10am or 11am, go to Qibao, then go back to the hotel, pick up our stuff and head to the airport. Please suggest.
