Differences in airport Shanghai (Hongqiao) SHA - Pu Dong PVG. Do we need transit visa?

Hello.
We are a couple , Romanian nationality and Philippine nationality leaving in Japan we are holders of permanent residence here. We like to travel to Philippine and we have to change the airport in Shanghai (Hongqiao) SHA to Shanghai (Pu Dong) PVG. The transit it is in about 8:30 h .

Do we need something else? Thank you very much .

Mihail, you needn't apply anything in advance. But I am afraid that you should apply for a stay permit when you arrive at Hongqiao Airport. It's free of charge.

Yes, you are right. Apply an eight-hour stay permit at the airport.
