About:China Student Visa

Not applying for the residence permit

What would happen if someone took the JW202 from a school, entered China but then didn't apply in any school and just left the country within 30 days ? Is it considered a fraud and is it a risk for that person ?

You won't have any problem in exiting China. However, I am afraid that you may not apply for other schools in the future easily because you cheated the school that issued the JW202 form.

All right, thank you for your answer, actually it is not for me, it is for a friend. He needs to notarize his documents and for tourism visa they want a travel agency to book the things and he said it was the easiest way to come back to China for a short time but he wasn't sure if it was allowed or not. He won't need to come back later so it is ok :)
