About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

how I can have a work visa going to china?

Hi, I am a filipino, I have an employer in china but their office are not accredited to hire foreigner employees, what will I do? I cant get a chance to take that work?thanks

Angeline, if they are not qualified to recruit foreigners, they shouldn't have been able to apply for the work permit for you. Therefore, you can't apply for the Z type. I think you should find a company that is qualified to recruit foreigners. Then you can apply for a Z type successfully.
