about invitation letter where it issues

i have to visit chinese city ningbo ,but i have a invitation letter from govt of china from other city wuhan.chinese embassy in pakistan requires air tickets and hotel booking along with visa application.please advise if they can reject this that invitation letter is issued from different city and air tickets and hotel bookings are from different city?

Based on my experience, it does not matter. When you are asked, you just need to explain it to the officer clearly.
