Collecting tickets at Airports

On your "How to Collect a Train Ticket In China" it states " three ways for your choice".
1. Railway Stations
2. Ticket Office
3. Airports.

After reading most of the post it sounds like people are being told they can not pick up their tickets at the airport.
If I were to buy tickets through this site I am not able to pick them up Shanghai Hongqiao Airport?
