About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

If I arrive 18:30 22 December in hangzhou airport, and I want to apply for the 72 hours free visa

do I have to come back to the hangzhou airport 24th December Mid-night?

You need to go back to the airport before 00:00 Dec 25. The 72 hours are counted from the 00:00 Dec 23 in Hangzhou airport.

Shouldn't this be until December 26 instead of December 25?
00:00 Dec 23 to 00:00 Dec 24 = 24 hours
00:00 Dec 24 to 00:00 Dec 25 = 24 hours
00:00 Dec 25 to 00:00 Dec 26 = 24 hours
Total = 72 hours

Sorry for a bad caculating. It should be 00:00, Dec. 26 instead of Dec. 25.
