About:Special Services of Hong Kong Airport Express

What is meant by Free Porter service in Hong Kong airport?

I am travelling with my 10 month old baby and will have one medium sized suitcase. We are staying at the Royal Plaza Hotel in Kowloon. Does the porter help me with luggage from the airport to the express train and then again fro the express train to the K5 free shuttle bus to the hotel?
Do you think this is the quickest and best option considering i am travelling alone with a baby?
P.s. we arrive at 13.05 in the afternoon. At what time should I expect to arrive at the hotel by?

It means that if you take the airport express, there will be free service helping you board the train, and when you get off at Kowloon Station, your luggage will be sent to the free shuttle bus directly. I think this is a good choice for you. You can reach the hotel within one hour, about 14:00 around. The better option is to take a taxi from the airport to your hotel directly. It is fast, but the airport express + free shuttle buses will a comfortable and cheaper one.
