About:Embassy & Consulates of India in China

now i am studying in shandong province with xvisa.my visa expired on november 20.

now i want to go back india can i go india

You can go back to India, but you may need to pay the fine for your overstaying when you leave. You are suggested to go to the local Exit-Entry Adminstration Bureau for consulting as soon as possible. The longer you overstay, the more you need to pay.
