About:Apply for China Visa in a Third Country

Hello, I have a work visa but want to change it to a student one in HK, is it possible these days?

If so how?

PT, you can try to apply for the X type in HK. However, I am not sure if you can get it for sure because the authorities require that those who apply in HK must provide their HK resident status. Or you may try some agencies and see if they can.
