About:Chinese Embassy in Malaysia

How can i claim my passport if i lost my receipt . Im from Cebu philippines..

Do you have any payment receipt for the application? Maybe it can be used. Personally speaking, you had better contact the Chinese embassy in Philippines for confirming this issue.
