seating for soft sleeper

Question

I know that you cannot purchase specific seats and it prints tickets in order. However, if we purchase (4 people) early enough would it be possible for the same 4 people to be in the same soft sleeper cabin? Or could we ask the attendant at the ticket counter? Especially when we are traveling with significant other?

Thank you for your inquiry.The tickets are sold randomly but if you book early enough, the possibility will be bigger. We always try our best to put a group together. If there are still plenty tickets left, you can also ask the counter to help with that. Thank you.
