Since your total transfering time is over 24 hours, you and your husband need to have a Transit G type applied in advance in embassy/consulate in Philippine. You two are unable to use the 72-hour free transit. The fee is 1400 peso for a single entry Tourist L.

Your son is able to enjoy the 72-hour free transit, so only the passport and leaving ticket are enough.
