Multiple Entry Business Visa, so how long I can return?

I understand I can stay up to 90 Days with a Multiple Entry Business one but how long do I have to wait before I can return ?

You mean how long you need to wait before going back to China mainland after you exit after 90 days?
If so, there is no limitation on the time, from several minutes to several days. Usually, people will choose to exit to HK for around one day and then back to China mainland.

Ok so if I stay in a Hong Kong hotel for one night and return this is ok.
