I live near Wuhan railway station and want to know a rough budget to come from here and for visit.

I am thinking of coming there either in the beginning of the second week of December or in the first week of January. I am interested in photography and hoping to stay there for one day. I am thinking of leaving WH in the night and arrive there to Li River by the morning. So i might spend one night there. I prefer to come by hard sleep and accomodation has to be clean and safe no need to be big. Is this helpful ?0

For a one-day simple travel in WH with economy accommodation and other fees, you are suggested to prepare CNY500-800.
If you wanna travel from WH to Guilin for Li River, both bullet trains (only available in the daytime) and normal express trains are available. You'd better book the train ticket in advance.0
