About:China Customs Declaration

Bought some Tea in China to give as gifts

I bought some Long Jing Tea in China to give as gifts back in the USA. 6 250g packages. Value is about 1000RMB. Do I have to declare this as I fly out of China?

Chris, you needn't declare Long Jing Tea when you fly out of China.
